Review St�ecial Fvents Or i ance <br />Ms. Allard presented the staff report. <br />prosecuting attorney <br />gnty. <br />Mayor Klinzing and Councilmember Morin stated they understood the need for the <br />ordinance but felt it was overly broad and had concerns with staff applying some of the <br />conditions on smaller events held in the city. They had a concern with staff interpretation of <br />the ordinance in the future and that the application process may be burdensome. <br />The Council concurred that there shouldn't be any application fees but agreed on deposit <br />fees in order to cover items such as police, fire, and waste management services. <br />L] <br />
