CIx of IDI <br />REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />0 <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend approval of the Conditional Use Permit <br />request, as illustrated on the following drawings: <br />a Floor plan dated November 26, 2012 <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. As a Conditional Use Permit is not a Building Permit, the applicant shall apply for all <br />required permits. <br />2. The development shall meet all applicable fire codes. The Fire Chief shall verify the <br />location of all fare hydrants, and may require additional hydrants necessary to preserve <br />the health and safety. <br />3. A sign package is not approved. <br />4. The plat shall be recorded and fees paid prior to release of the building permit. <br />5. In addition to the car wash facility, the applicant will perform oil <br />changes, air and gas filter changes, tire rotations, changes, and alignments. Internal modifications include <br />a customer waiting area, a small room for bulk fluid storage, and bathrooms. There is no exterior <br />expansion of the existing building. <br />Hours of operation are 7 am to 9 pm Monday through Thursday, Friday 7 am to 6 pm, and Saturday and <br />Sunday, 8 am to 4 pm. These times may change. <br />
