Programming Report <br /> Mr. Davis reviewed past and present video projects. <br /> The Commission requested Mr. Davis to put the budget video at the top of his list for <br /> completion due to the budget process/timeline for cities. <br /> Mr. Davis requested expenditures to provide maintenance to two trailers. He outlined the <br /> following costs: <br /> • $35 per wheel plus parts <br /> • $70 an hour for labor <br /> • Estimating 1 hour of labor per trailer <br /> MOVED BY COMMISSIONER SHUMAN AND SECONDED BY <br /> COMMISSIONER CARSWELL TO APPROVE MAINTENANCE OF TWO <br /> TRAILERS. Other Business <br /> Mr. Bruce requested cities to provide contact information of local celebrities so they could <br /> obtain promos for Channel 19. <br /> Ms. Shuman thanked Mr. Bruce for assisting the City of Monticello on a separate project <br /> unrelated to the Commission that involved setting up informational monitors around the <br /> city. <br /> Area Wide Channel <br /> Attorney Vose is working on getting other providers to connect. <br />
