Increase volunteerism <br /> Beautification: Have attractive, welcoming streetscapes at City entrances <br /> and primary corridors. Enforce zoning ordinances. <br /> A. Improve, revitalize, and invest in streetscaping along primary corridors and <br /> entrances <br /> B. Provide consistent and expanded signage <br /> C. Create opportunities to beautify community <br /> Opportunities: Foster a pro-business atmosphere that provides incentives <br /> and other opportunities for new and existing business growth <br /> A. Position land for development <br /> B. Facilitate development and redevelopment <br /> C.
