The WHP managers are planning to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January <br /> 8, 2013, prior to the ERMU Commission meeting. At the commission meeting, we will <br /> then ask for the revisions to be approved so we may then re-submit the finalized <br /> Wellhead Protection Plans to The Minnesota Department of Health. <br /> • Eric Volk, our lead water operator, has started with Elk River Utilities. He has worked for <br /> the city of Blaine for 10 years and also has 20 years of experience in the Minnesota Air <br /> National Guard. He has knowledge in fire hydrants, water mains, meters, and treatment <br /> plants.
