Utility <br /> Commissioners and ERMU Staff will be responsible for judging. The categories that receive <br /> prizes are; Grand Prize- $125, 1s`Runner Up- $75, Second Runner Up - $50, Most Creative- <br /> $50, and Best Use of LED $50. <br /> Marketing <br /> 1) Bill insert that includes two coupons for $2.00 of LED holiday string lights that are <br /> Energy Star® certified.
