I was on vacation last week. I very much appreciate the hard work you have done
to help Alliance Machine on this but, I have done some research on what this fence is going to cost me with the cities
requirements of materials and landscape and decided to terminate the project. As I said in the meeting, this fence will
go away with the addition plans so anything too expensive would be a waste. We are looking into an addition instead.
Thanks again for your help.
Cheers,
Bryan Provo
Vice President
Alliance Machine Inc,
17520 Tyler Street
Elk river, MN 55330
From: Barnhart, Jeremy [mailto:]Barnhart @ElkRiverMN.gov]
Sent: Friday, November 16, 2012 4:03 PM
To:
Subject: Outdoor storage decision
Bryan,
I'm sorry I missed you this week, and being unable to connect previously.
On Monday, I'm asking the Council to continue your outdoor screening request to December 3rd. I'm hoping by that
time, we can meet and develop a screening plan to our mutual satisfaction.
The state requires a city make a decision on your question by December 7`h. So the Council will either approve your
revised screening plan, or deny the one you submitted previously, unless you waive the 60 day review period by
December 3rd
Give me a call next week and we can discuss the options. Have a great weekend.
Best regards,
Jeremy Barnhart, AICP I Planning Manager
763.635.1034 w 1 763.635.1090 f
13065 Orono Parkway I Elk River MN 1 55330
1
