Residential Neighborhoods <br />Objective Statement <br />The Study Area's diverse neighborhoods, largely single family in <br />nature, are characterized by a variety of ages, styles, and price <br />points. The health of these neighborhoods play a critical role in <br />the success of the Plan and the collective Elk River Community. <br />The Plan focuses on two objectives: the first ensures that <br />continuous reinvestment occurs to strengthen the stability of <br />these neighborhoods, and secondly, identify and establish <br />programs to preserve historical authenticity of selected areas. <br />November 19, 2012 <br />:emu <br />•r .
