ORDINANCE 12 -15 <br />CI I`Y OF ELK RIVER <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />AMENDING <br />AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF SHERBURNE <br />SS <br />"MINNESOTA, <br />CODE DF ORDINANCES <br />The City of the City of <br />Elk River does hereby ordain as <br />follows: <br />Heidi Quanrud, being duly sworn on oath says that she is the <br />Section J.
