Chapter 84C, Minnesota Statutes Chapter 97A.056, and Minnesota Laws 2011, <br /> First Special Session, Chapter 6, Article 1, Section 2, Subdivision 13. <br /> b. Severability. A determination that any provision or specific application of this <br /> Easement is invalid shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions or any <br /> future application. <br /> c. Captions. Captions have been inserted in this document solely for convenience of <br /> reference and shall have no effect upon interpretation or construction. <br /> d. Future Economic Condition. A change in the potential economic value of any use <br /> that is prohibited by or inconsistent with this Easement, or a change in any current <br /> or future uses of neighboring properties, shall not constitute a change in <br /> conditions that makes it impossible or impractical for continued use of the <br /> Property for conservation purposes and shall not constitute grounds for <br /> terminating the Easement. <br /> 7.12. Additional Documents. The Owner agrees to execute or provide any additional <br /> documents reasonably needed by the Land Trust to carry out in perpetuity the <br /> provisions and the intent of this Easement, including, but not limited to any <br /> documents needed to correct any error or mutual mistake, legal description or title <br /> matter or to comply with any federal, state, or local law, rule or regulation. <br /> 7.13. Entire Agreement. This document sets forth the entire agreement of the parties with <br /> respect to this Easement and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings. <br /> 7.14. Signatures. This Easement may be completed with the signatures of the parties to this <br /> Easement executed and notarized on separate pages which when attached to this <br /> document shall constitute one complete document. <br /> The remainder of this page has been intentionally left blank. <br /> 20 <br />
