RESOLUTION 03 - <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION RECYCLING ALL BIDS IN THE MATTER OF THE <br /> CASCADE INDUSTRIAL PARK IMPROVEMENT OF 2003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to a City Council Resolution 03-53, competitive bids were solicited and <br /> received for the Cascade Industrial Park improvement as set forth in the bid <br /> tabulation attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the plans and specifications were authorized based upon a petition received from <br /> the developers of Cascade Industrial Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the developers (Cascade I Land Co.) has requested in writing that the project not <br /> proceed to construction. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby rejects all bids received for the Cascade Industrial Park <br /> Improvements. <br /> <br />2. The City Administrator is authorized and directed to forthwith return to all bidders the <br /> deposits made with their bids. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted this 20th day of October, 2003. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
