The attached memo indicates that the site provides 82 parking stalls, 12 more than <br />required by code. On Tuesday, September 23, 2003 staff visited the site to verify the <br />number of parking stalls that were actually constructed. All but four of the stalls were <br />constructed as per the proposed development plan. The four stalls that were not <br />constructed were to be in the northwest comer of the site. Staff observed approximately <br />five vehicles parked on Holt Street at the intersection of 193rd on that same day <br /> <br />On September 25, 2003 staff mailed a letter to the management company requesting <br />assistance in requiring employees and/or patrons to park within the development's parking <br />area. The management company, HJ Development forwarded the City's concerns to the <br />tenants of the mall. During the week of October 13, 2003, the CSOs "spot-checked" the <br />parking situation along Holt Street. There was a low of three cars on the street and a high of <br /> <br /> <br />
