It is being replatted into <br />just Lot 1, Block 1 for the purposes of creating a condominium building. There is a ten-foot wide <br />drainage and utility easement, which runs the full length of all of the five underlying lots. There is also <br />a triangular drainage and utility easement in the northeast comer of the existing Lot 5. It is unclear <br />from the line weights used on the final plat of the 2nd Addition whether or not these drainage and utility <br />easements will still be in effect with the replatting into Lot 1, Block 1. The drainage and utility <br />easements should remain in effect with the replatting into Lot 1, Block 1. <br /> <br />With this comment, we would recommend approval of The Pines Town Office Park 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this proposed final plat, please call. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Howard R.
