Wall fully corrtp!ywith all other requironents of this Gxte, induding ~y applicable requironoTzs <br /> and standards for the issuance of a license or permit to establish and aperate the proposed use in the <br /> <br />If denial of such a permit should occur, it shall accompany recommendations or <br />determinations by findings or a report stating how the proposed use does not comply with <br />the standards set forth in section 30-654. <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The subject property is located on the west side of Jackson Street and south of 193rd <br />Avenue. The proposed garage would be placed near the southeast corner of the cemetery <br />adjacent to the main entrance drive off of Jackson. The garage will be setback 40 feet from <br />the south property line and 100 feet from Jackson Street. It will be 32-feet wide by 24-feet <br />deep with a 9-foot wide garage door. There will also be a small office area within the garage; <br />the office will have a 3-foot wide door and a window. The exterior of the garage will be vinyl <br />siding. The proposed garage will replace the two existing storage buildings. <br /> <br />Planninq Commission Meetinq <br /> <br />At the Planning Commission meeting held on September 23rd, no one spoke at the public <br />hearing. The Commission unanimously recommended approval of the proposed garage. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and staff recommend that the City Council approve the <br />Conditional Use Permit to construct a garage with the following conditions: <br /> <br />S:\PLANNING\Case Files\2003\CU 03-30 Saint Andrews\CU03-30ccl0-20.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
