Overview The applicant is proposing to utilize the back northeast corner of his site for storing vehicles. R & G Towing would like to lease this area to store vehicles that they have towed. The outdoor storage area will be about 110' by 50' (5,500 sr.). Most of the area is not surfaced with a suitable material. The entire area that will be used for outdoor storage should be surfaced with Class V material. The edge of the area should be defined by landscape timbers so that it does not incrementally expand. The site plan also shows the storage area extending into the drainage and utility easement along the north property line. The storage area can not extend into the easement. Landscapin_q There is an existing line of trees along the west property line that screens the storage area from the west and a chain link fence with slate that screens the area from highway 10.
