W-dl fulty c~nptywi~ all other requirmT~ats of this Cod~, induding arq applicable requiremmts <br /> ard standards for the issuance of a license or pem~ to establish ard operate the propo~ use in the <br /> <br />If denial of such a permit should occur, it shall accompany recommendations or <br />determinations by findings or a report stating how the proposed use does not comply with <br />the standards set forth in section 30-654. <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The applicant is proposing to utilize the back northeast corner of his site for storing vehicles. <br />R & G Towing would like to lease this area to store vehicles that they have towed. The <br />outdoor storage area will be about 110' by 50' (5,500 sr.). <br /> <br />Most of the area is not surfaced with a suitable material. The entire area that will be used for <br />outdoor storage should be surfaced with Class V material. The edge of the area should be <br />defined by landscape timbers so that it does not incrementally expand. The site plan also <br />shows the storage area extending into the drainage and utility easement along the north <br />property line. The storage area can not extend into the easement. <br /> <br />Landscapin_q <br /> <br />There is an existing line of trees along the west property line that screens the storage area <br />from the west and a chain link fence with slate that screens the area from highway 10.
