PROCLAMATION <br /> WHEREAS, Mick Stoffers has retired from the Great River Regional library after 27 years <br /> of service to the community;and <br /> WHEREAS, Mick has earned the respect and friendship of her peers,co-workers,and the <br /> community;and <br /> WHEREAS, for her dedicated service to the community, the Elk River City Council, Friends <br /> of the library, fellow employees,and citizens of the community extend their sincere <br /> appreciation to Mick and wish her a long,happy,and healthy retirement! <br /> THEREFORE, I,John J.
