MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 7.2 Request by CSP—Elk River.MN LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to Amend the Existing <br /> Spectrum High School CUP for a Building Expansion at 17796 Industrial Circle.NW,Case <br /> No. CU 12-16 <br /> Mr.Barnhart presented the staff report. <br /> Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. <br /> Ku Vang,owner's representative, stated he is available for any questions. <br /> Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br /> Councilmember Westgaard questioned if this expansion was part of the original building <br /> plan and if more expansion plans are expected in the future.He stated he would like to see <br /> an overall master building plan completed by the applicant and has concerns because the <br /> facility is located in an industrial park. <br /> Rick Peterson,Spectrum representative,stated the expansion won't increase enrollment but <br /> is needed for more room in the music department and for three teachers to now have their <br /> own classrooms. <br /> 4110 <br />
