ANDREWS CHURCH TO CONSTRUCT A GARAGE WITH <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />1. THE BUILDING SHALL MEET ALL APPLICABLE BUILDING AND FIRE <br /> CODES. <br /> <br />IF THE GARAGE IS TO BE EXPANDED FOR ANY REASON, THE <br />APPLICANT SHALL APPLY FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT. <br /> <br />3. THE EXISTING STORAGE BUILDING SHALL BE REMOVED. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KUESTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Request by Ravia Real Estate, LLC for Prelimina~ and Final Plat Approval (,The Pines <br />Town Office Park 2'~ Addition), Public Hearing-Case No. P 03-08 <br /> <br />Director of Planning Michele McPherson submitted the staff report. Ms. McPherson stated <br />that Ravia Real Estate LLC., is requesting that Lots 1-5, Block 2, of the Pines Town Office <br />Park First Addition be platted into one lot. She stated that the applicant would like to <br />change the building from townhome to condominium designation. <br /> <br />Mayor I~inzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />I~inzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KUESTER MOVED TO APPROVE THE PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT AND TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 03-71 GRANTING FINAL PLAT <br />APPROVAL OF THE PINES TOWN OFFICE PARK 2ND ADDITION. <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ SECONDED THE MOTION.
