COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br />MOTION CARRIED $-0. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br />There were no Consent Agenda items to consider. <br /> <br />Utilities Update <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz provided an update of the October 15, 2003 Utilities Commission <br />meeting. He stated that the Utilities Commission would like to have a ioint meeting with the <br />City Council to discuss who should share the cost for street light repair and maintenance. <br /> <br />NCDA Update <br /> <br />Senior Planner Scott Harlicker provided an update of the Northstar Corridor Development <br />Authority held on October 2, 2003. <br /> <br />Park and Recreation Commission Update <br /> <br />Director of Planning Michele McPherson provided an update of Park and Recreation <br />Commission activities. She stated that staff is working with Utilities and the Park <br />Commission regarding remediation of damages to Royal Valley park. <br /> <br /> <br />
