This is just another step in the long process of <br />opening a new railroad crossing. As you are aware, we have been working with <br />Spencer Arndt, of the Burlington Northern Railroad, regarding the crossing layout and <br />configuration. Now that that process has proceeded far enough, we are submitting the <br />same information to MnlDOT Office of Railroad, requesting that they concur with the <br />opening of a railroad crossing at 171 sl Avenue. <br /> <br />Please put this on the next available City Council agenda for their consideration.
