Study Area Defined rw°' `A °W`VS��'P <br /> The Task Force identified the study area boundaries starting from <br /> the"historic" core downtown area and expanded outward to <br /> include the adjacent areas which have tangible and intangible <br /> interrelationships with the health and vitality of the core <br /> downtown area. This "greater downtown area"is what is HI <br /> referred to herein the Plan as the"Stud Area". <br /> The Study Area encompasses the 432-acre south central core of RIVER. <br /> the City of Elk River and includes a variety of land use <br /> components. <br /> The Plan divides the study area into five "Focus Areas".
