RESOLUTION 12- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION LIMITED USE PERMIT <br /> FOR HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,Minnesota, that: <br /> 1. Limited Use Permit 7106-0013 for the construction and maintenance of landscaping <br /> within the Right of Way of TH 169 is hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is authorized to execute the said permit on behalf of the City of Elk. <br /> River. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River,Minnesota this 20th day of August, <br /> 2012. <br /> John J.
