Roof Executive Summary: <br />Roof Area D & E consists of metal panels with insulation boards adhered to the underside and spray coated <br />installed in 1971 (Area D) and 1997 (Area E). The metal roofs are in good physical condition with small <br />areas of minor surface rust. A few of these areas have been painted. We believe that the existing metal roofs <br />can last another 15 -20 years with recommended permanent repairs and do not have to be replaced. <br />We also observed mechanical saw cuts all the <br />way through the metal panel at one location on <br />roof Area E. <br />Deteriorated sealant was observed at the <br />roof /wall transition at roof Area E. <br />Roof Executive Summary: <br />Roof Area D & E consists of metal panels with insulation boards adhered to the underside and spray coated <br />installed in 1971 (Area D) and 1997 (Area E).
