Box 430 <br /> Elk River,MN 55330 <br /> (763) 441-2020 <br /> UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> TO: FROM: <br /> Elk River Municipal Utilities Commission Wade Lovelette-Superintendent of Technical <br /> John Dietz, Chair Services <br /> Daryl Thompson, Vice Chair <br /> Allan Nadeau, Trustee <br /> MEETING DATE: AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br /> June 12, 2012 6.1 <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> Staff Update <br /> • The Locating department had a total of 401 locate tickets for the month of May, three of <br /> them being emergency tickets. <br /> • In May, the Security Systems Department had a total of 100 phone contacts, six new <br /> systems quoted, seven system sales made, six installs completed, 43 service calls made <br /> and six personal visits. <br /> • The Meter shop continues changing electric and water meters, meter reading, doing the <br /> weekly and monthly substation checks and the monthly power bill. They are working on <br /> installing the SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system at the West <br /> Substation site. <br /> • The power plant staff did the monthly run of the generators. They also performed the <br /> monthly web deflections on the generators. Everything was perfect.
