Owner <br />may grow wild flowers to reduce lawn work. <br />Complaints date back to 1995, dealing with idling truck <br />for long periods of time, (Longstanding neighborhood <br />dispute,) <br /> <br />Two standing dead trees located on large corner lot. <br />Neighbor was concerned with the shedding problem <br />caused by a stand of large cotton wood trees. <br />several unlicensed and inoperative vehicles, and <br />vehicles parked on landscaped areas & with 5 ft of rear <br />or side property line, <br />Noted a large pile of construction materials, wood <br />debris at!d miscellaneous junk, <br />Noted tires, inoperative vehicles, junk & debris, junk <br />lawn mowers, wood waste, auto parts, bob cat etc, <br />This property owner is very hard to deal with, <br />Neighbors are complaining about the number of <br />vehicles stored outdoors and where they are parked, <br /> <br />Reoccu~ring problem concerning a treellandscaping <br />home business operating w/o a permit. <br />Ms. Fairfield's boyfriend has moved out. It appears the <br />auto repair business has shut down. Neighbors are <br />still complaining about the half built privacy fence. <br />Letters sent, but no response or action has resulted. <br />(see case 97-27) <br /> <br />Commercial vehicle, unlicensed and inoperative <br />vehicles, miscellaneous junk.
