This amendment would allow pawn shops within the Llk Park <br />Center shopping center, pro~-ided the~~ obtain a Conditional t..?se Pernvt and are at least 250-feet from <br />residential-used property=, and 500--feet fxom schools, parks, dat- care, churches, and other pawnshops. <br />'The proposed language is generallti- cc.~nsistent with the language in place for the C-3 (Highway Business} <br />zoning district.
