This Area #3 along with the others along this corridor have been <br />identified in the Economic Development Strategic Plan as potential sites for <br />business park development opportunities. The criteria that was applied to <br />consider parcels for rezoning included the following: <br /> <br />· located within the urban service district <br />· proximity to city utilities <br />· transportation (including rail access) <br />· topography <br />· property owners <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
