2. Recycling Collection <br />a. Recycling collection shall take place weeldy (biweeldy for customers with <br />biweeldy collection accounts) for each dwelling unit. The schedule shall be <br />consistent with the weeldy schedule of the Garbage, Refuse and Rubbish <br />collection.
