Watz Up Cafe Club <br /> <br />A partnership with Mark and Annette Watz <br />was considered with the City of Elk River <br />for the old liquor store facility. They have <br />decided to continue pursuing their own <br />private location. For more information, <br />please call Mark and Annette Watz at 441- <br />1030. <br /> <br />Student to Student <br />Mentoring <br /> <br />The program has been set up and there has <br />been some recruitment. There are students <br />signed up to participate in the Fall. They are <br />requesting a funding extension since they <br />were unable to get the program in place for <br />this year. They are working to <br />find out how many kids are interested and <br />what type of facility is desired. Some students <br />and adults on the Youth Initiatives Committee <br />made posters and hung them at the schools for <br />the BMX Biking and Skateboarding.
