(~ttlchment 3: <br />L\IC Sample Ordinance) <br />Because adopting an ordinance banning coal tar-based sealants main affect current blacktop sealer <br />practices within the cit<~s jurisdiction, st<Ztt will send public notices of the ordinance to an~r sealcoat <br />applicators operating in the Cit<r of Elk Ri~-er, independent retail establishments selling sealants, and <br />general contractors that have conducted business within the city.
