The final landscaping of building plans for each lot <br />in Elk River Plaza and Elk River Plaza Second Addition must be <br />submitted for approval by the Elk River City Engineer prior to <br />any construction on any part thereof. <br /> <br /> 3.) The words, phrases, terms, and conditions used herein <br />shall be interpreted the same as those used in the Elk River <br />Plaza Planned Development Agreement. <br /> <br /> 4.)
