Staff concurs that a higher level of involvement by the <br />water utility with water assessment projects is appropriate and we will <br />make sure that increased awareness and communication takes place. <br /> <br />Regarding the 28 percent overhead question, it should be noted that ff <br />prepayment is made by the Utilities for this improvement, then the <br />overhead is estimated to be in the 10 to 14 percent range. We have <br />used this range for other entities that prepay (i.e. the county). <br /> <br /> <br />
