There was not a <br />quorum of the City Council members during that meeting. Those <br />present on April 30 heard grievances of property owners in the City, <br />but took no action. The Council will be required to act on those <br />grievances during the May 11 Council meeting. <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting are attached for your review. Either Ty <br />Bischoff or Jerry Kritzeck will be present to present information <br />and answer questions. I believe that Mr. Larry Hickman will also be <br />present as he had presented a written objection to the assessed <br />valuation for his furniture store on Jarvis Street.
