<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA CITY OF ELK RIVER CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />COUNTY OF SHERBURNE <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />CITY OF ELK RIVER PROCEEDINGS <br />In the matter of: Mark Leadens <br />Request: Conditional Use Permit for Dry Cleaning Business <br />18850 Dodge Street NW <br />Case No. CU 12-12 <br />ORDER GRANTING <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />Dean and Barbara Johnson Holding LP, Owner <br />The above entitled matter came to be heard before the City Council on the 18th day of 2012, <br />on a petition for a Conditional Use pursuant to the City of Elk River Zoning Ordinance, for the <br />following described property: <br />Lot 2, Block 1, ELK RIVER RETAIL N0.2, <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota <br />IT IS ORDERED that a Conditional Use be granted as upon the following conditions or reasons: <br />1. AS A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS NOT A BUILDING PERMIT, THE <br />APPLICANT SHALL APPLY FOR ALL REQUIRE PERMITS. <br />2. ALL EXTERIOR SIGNAGE SHALL REQUIRE A PERMIT.. <br />3. ALL EXTERIOR CHANGES WILL REQUIRE A PERMIT AND <br />ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS. <br />4. A 20 FOOT DRIVE AISLE MUST BE MAINTAINED ON THE EAST SIDE OF <br />THE BUILDING AT ALL TIMES. <br />
