The City is under no obligation to
keep testing these wells. You certainly could reduce or cease testing the wells. Should you choose to cease testing them
we recommend you abandon the wells. IF you choose to cease testing please let me know and we will get pricing for
abandoning the wells. Thank you.
John Lichter, PE
Liesch Associates, Inc.
13400 15th Avenue North, Plymouth, MN 55441
john.lichter@liesch.com
Direct (763) 489-3120, Cell (612j 750-6685
From: Haug, Rebecca [mailto:RHaug@ElkRiverMN.gov]
Sent: Wednesday, May 23, 2012 3:11 PM
To: Thomas Johnson
Cc: John Lichter
Subject: Groundwater Monitoring Results for Old City Dump in Elk River
Hi Tom,
Based upon the results, do you think it would make sense to switch to testing every other year? Please let me
know.
