9. Note that the sanitary sewer line servicing the property is likely to come in conflict with
any building expansion. It is suggested that this be rerouted to avoid that occurrence,
should expansion be desired in the future.
Response: The sewer lateral alignment has been revised to allow possible future
building expansion without potential conflicts.
10. On Sheet C2, I note 10 posts set into the sidewalk along the front of the building. What
is the purpose for these? The plans suggest a curb along the front of the building. The
same situation exists on the south side of the building, with no posts.
Response: The posts you mention are bollards that Autozone typically places
along the front of the building. particularly where there are windows. This
provides an additional element of safety.
11. On Sheet A2, show the location of the mechanical units. They must be screened from
the public streets.
Response: The mechanical units are roof mounted and screened from view from
the public street. Please refer to Sheet A2, Note 19.
Enclosed are two full sized and one 11 "x17" copies of the revised plans. Please do not hesitate
to call me if you have any questions or need additional information.
Sincerely,
CEI Engineering Associates, Inc.
fael A.
