That part of the West 217.4 feet of the East 417.4 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota <br />lying North of the south 1043.5 feet thereof. Excepting therefrom all that part thereof <br />lying North of the centerline of the Township Road and lying Westerly of a line parallel <br />with and distant 25 feet Southwesterly of, as measured at right angles to the following <br />described line: From a point on the west line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of said Section 2, distant 530 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof, run <br />Easterly parallel with the North line thereof for a distance of 1180 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the line to be described; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 75 degrees <br />00 minutes 00 seconds for a distance of 153 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of <br />40 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds for a distance of 420 feet, more or less to the North <br />line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 2, and there <br />terminating. <br /> <br />Which lies within the following perpetual easement for street, utility and drainage <br />purposes: <br /> <br />A strip of land 45.00 feet in width over that part of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter, the North line of which is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 2; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 23 seconds West, an <br />assumed bearing along the South line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2, a <br />distance of 293.37 feet; thence North 00 degrees 22 minutes 37 seconds West, a <br />distance of 33.00 feet to a point to be hereinafter referred to as "Point A"; thence South <br />89 degrees 37 minutes 23 seconds West, parallel with said South line of the Southwest <br />Quarter, a distance of 434.95 feet to the Northeasterly line of the right-of-way of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad Company and the actual point of beginning of said line to <br />be hereinafter described; thence return North 89 degrees 37 minutes 23 seconds East, <br />to said above referenced "Point A"; thence Northeasterly and Northerly, along a <br />tangential curve to the left, having a radius of 299.87 feet, for a central angle of 88 <br />degrees 42 minutes 19 seconds and a length of 464.26 feet; thence North 00 degrees <br />55 minutes 04 seconds East, tangent to said curve, a distance of 554.93 feet; thence <br />Northeasterly and Easterly along a tangential curve to the right, having a radius of <br />317.09 feet, for a central angle of 86 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds and a length of <br />480.52 feet; thence North 87 degrees 44 minutes 44 seconds East, tangent to said <br />curve, a distance of 2301.27 feet, to intersect with and terminate said line at the East line <br />of said Southeast Quarter of Section 2 at a point thereon a distance of 17.31 feet South <br />of the Northeast corner of the South half of said Southeast Quarter. <br /> <br />Said strip of land is to extend by its full width from the West line of the West 217.40 feet <br />of the East 417.40 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter to the East <br />line of said West 217.40 feet of the East 417.40 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter. <br /> <br />Also which lies within the following temporary easement for construction purposes: <br /> <br />A strip of land 10.00 feet in width over that part of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter, the North line of which is contiguous with the South line of said <br />above described perpetual easement. <br /> <br />806550J EXHIBIT A[1] <br /> <br />Page 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
