City of Elk River <br />We live across the street from Tim Peterson. We have never had any <br />problems with his dogs. When he moved in he had been there for six months <br />before we even knew he had dogs. The only time we have heard them is <br />when there was a litter of puppies in the front yard being played with. They <br />are very well behaved dogs.
