PROPOSE© PROJECT TEAM <br />WARD ARMS, PE Mr. Arms joined HEI in 2009 and has 17 years of electrical engineering, design, and <br />electrical construction experience including heavy industrial, commercial, data <br />LEED® AP centers, government, education, and retail facilities. Mr. Arms spent over ten <br />Electrical Department Years with Parsons Electric Co., one of the nation's largest design-build electrical <br />Manager contractors. In addition, he spent five years in Target Corporation's Construction <br />and Property Development Department, where he developed an understanding <br />---- - of the owner's unique perspective to construction - with a focus on the scope, <br />schedule, and budget for every project.
