RESOLUTION 12- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING WASTEWATER TREATMENT BUDGET <br />WHEREAS, the Ciry Council on April 2, 2012, approved filling the seasonal wastewater <br />laborer position; and <br />WHEREAS, the funds associated fox this position are available in the Wastewater <br />Treatment Budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and approved the proposed 2012 budget <br />amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the balance available in the Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services in <br />the Wastewater Treatment Plant budget is $17,000. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a budget amendment in the amount of <br />$4,800 is approved for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Budget, and further, that funding is <br />to come from a reallocation of line items in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Budget. <br />Passed and adopted this 2"d day of Apri12012. <br />John J.
