THE DEVELOPER SHALL ENTER INTO A DEVELOPER'S <br /> AGREEMENT OUTLINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br /> THE DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />3. THAT THE MAILBOXES SHALL BE CLUSTERED. <br /> <br />4. A SEALCOAT FEE IN THE AMOUNT DETERMINED BY THE CITY <br /> BE PAID PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />AN ENGINEERING ESCROW IN THE AMOUNT DETERMINED BY <br />THE CITY BE PAID PRIOR TO RELEASING THE PLAT FOR <br />RECORDING. <br /> <br />6. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.6. <br /> <br />Request by S&Z Investments Inc. for Final Plat Approval ,(SVest Oaks), Case No. P 03-04 <br /> <br />Senior Planner Scott Harlicker submitted the staff report. Mr. Harlicker stated that the <br />applicant is requesting final plat for West Oaks. He gave an overview of the plat and <br />discussed street and lot layout, landscaping, and park dedication requirements. Mr. Harlicker <br />stated that the applicant would like Conditions Number 2 and 21 (outlined in the staff <br />report) removed, as they relate to the townhomes. The £mal plat is for the single-family lots <br />only. The applicant will bring townhomes to Council for approval at a later date. <br /> <br /> <br />
