FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />Research and preliminary bids indicate the cost of the above recommendations to be <br />approximately $30,000.. In their 2012 budget, the HRA budgeted $15,000 for an engineering <br />study for the HRA buildings and $5,000 for building maintenance and repair. This money <br />could be used for the wall improvements.
