THE <br />•L s <br />~y~~:~~ <br />•+ ••• • <br />,• <br />Site design deals with both <br />vehicular and pedestrian <br />movements while managing a <br />sensitive interaction between <br />surface and ground water. <br />The COR at Ramsey was one of <br />two TIF requests granted by the <br />Legislature after review of 100 <br />requests. <br />The new energy around The <br />COR at Ramsey has sparked <br />a national interest in the <br />development and resulted in a <br />number of new projects. <br />The Cor at Ramsey for the City of Ramsey <br />Ramsey, Minnesota <br />Re-visioning and development management of the former "Ramsey Town Center", <br />a 322-acre urban mixed-use development anchored by the Municipal Center and a <br />commuter rail transit station. Our revisioning work included analysis of the existing <br />development plans created by the former developer prior to acquisition of the property <br />by the City, holding stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, and preparing and <br />presenting a revised master plan. Landform's role as the development manager <br />encompasses all aspects of development including administration, sales and marketing, <br />deal procurement and structuring, and legislative actions. The Landform team worked <br />with our client, the City of Ramsey, to successfully secure Tax Increment Financing (TIF) <br />legislation in the recent session. <br />
