He explained that he <br />• believes the gas line naturally splits the lots. He encouraged the EDA to move forward with <br />this project. <br />9. Other Business <br />Ms. Deckert highlighted a couple of items included at the back of the EDA packet. <br />She provided an update on the HRA buildings downtown. <br />(Commissioner Moon arrived 6:16 p.m.) <br />President Touchette questioned if the Initiative Foundation contribution could be discussed <br />at this time with the entire EDA present. Ms. Deckert stated that in response to <br />Commissioner questions, the City Attorney informed her that an item can be discussed as <br />many times as desired. Commissioner Westgaard indicated he didn't believe it could be <br />discussed at this time because the agenda was already approved. <br />President Touchette asked the EDA to consider the Initiative Foundation's request again <br />when all commissioners are present. He noted that he would have voted against the request <br />because of the current economic times but he believes it is important to discuss as an entire <br />group. <br />10.
