Additionally, the number of trees is increased by three, modestly bumping up the <br />requirement. <br />Attached are two documents, one is the complete landscaping ordinance (Section 30-934) as it would <br />appeax in the ordinance book. The second is the official ordinance for signature. To save on publishing <br />costs, the official ordinance only reflects changes to specific sections. <br />Public Comment <br />No comments for or against the proposal have been offered. <br />Planning Commission Comment <br />Staff and the Planning Commission discussed the introduction of native plantings, their impact on <br />adjacent parcels, screening requirements, and general administration of the ordinance.
