On <br />January 20, 1998 the Council approved an administrative subdivision to <br />create the lot on which the water facilities will be located. At this time the <br />well, filtration plant and seepage pond will be constructed. The site plan also <br />shows a possible location for a water tower. Construction of the water tower <br />is not planned for several years; for this reason the conditional use permit <br />will only include the well, filtration plant and the pond.
