Please bring some ideas with you. <br />6. 2012 GOALS <br />The HPC goals for 2010-2012 identify working on continuing surveys of the older <br />parts of Elk River and working on creating a Historic Neighborhood District as well <br />as continuing to educate the residents about the history of Elk River.
