Attorney's Report <br />Attorney Vose stated the signed channel agreement (for the alternative satellite setup of the <br />area wide channel) was received From Charter yesterday and is ready for commission <br />signatures. He discussed minor cosmetic changes to the agreement b1r. Bruce commented he <br />would like contact information so he can perform work on the technical end. <br />6. Equipment Report <br />Mr. Bruce provided an update as outlined in his report. He noted the cities could contact Mr. <br />Davis for winter movie scheduling now that the new indoor screen is available. <br />Programming Report <br />Mr. Davis provided a video update of his previous quarter of work. <br />8. Commission Business <br />a. Charter Communications Chanves <br />Attorney Vose stated that Tucker Carlson is no longer with Charter Communications <br />and new contact information was sent to him From Charter. Other cities noted they <br />received the same contact information. Attorney Vose stated it is still unclear as to <br />who will handle Mr. Carlson's role as it relates to the commission. <br />b. Discussion Regarding Franchise Fees <br />Commissioner Kern stated Commissioner Auger would like the commission to <br />discuss franchise fees and whether to return any quarters to the cities due to current <br />economy and city budgets. He noted Mr. Auger had suggested returning one quarter <br />and leaving other quarters open for discussion in May or August. <br />MOVED BY COMMISSIONER LEVENS AND SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MCGRATH TO REBATE ONE QUARTER OF <br />FRANCHISE FEES TO EACH CITY AND TO REVIEW FURTHER 2011 <br />REBATES AT THE NEXT COMMISSION MEETING.
