<br />To register for the 1998 Congressional City Conference, fdl out the registration form
<br />and return it with your check, city purchase order, or credit card information to the
<br />NLC Conference Registration Center, postmarked by February 6, 1998.
<br />-h' Each delegate, guest, speaker, member of the press, and any other conference
<br /> participant must register. There is no charge for youth or press registrations.
<br />'k No telephone registrations or cancellations will be accepted.

<br /> passes for your family to visit the White House. If you have at
<br /> least eight to ten weeks advance notice, contact the local or
<br /> Washington office of your Congressional Representative, or one of your Senators, to request
<br /> free, reserved tickets for the Congressional guided tours of the White House. Tours are
<br /> scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, starting between 8:15 and 8:45 a.m. Once inside the
