Wdl fulty ctmply with all other requimnmts of this Cock, induding any applicable requi~ <br /> aad standards for the issuanoe of a license or permit to establish And ot~ate the proposed use in the <br /> <br />If denial of such a permit should occur, it shall accompany recommendations or <br />determinations by findings or a report stating how the proposed use does not comply with <br />the standards set forth in section 30-654. <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The subject property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Highway 10 and <br />Joplin Street, just east of and adjacent to the Fox Haven subdivision. The proposed garage <br />would be placed in the northwest comer of the complex on the south side of an existing cul- <br />de-sac. It will be 24-feet by 24-feet with a 16-foot wide garage door. The garage will be <br />sided with double 4" vinyl siding.
